 Process Automation 4.4 - Certification with SM 17.3

We are planning to upgrade PAM from 4.3.05 to 4.4, in Broadcom documentation sair about PAM 4.4 certification with Service Management in RU 18.

Do we really need to install RU 18 to do the upgrade?

We are in this moment in RU 15

Yes, you need to be on RU18 or higher in order for ITPAM 4.4 to be officially supported.
