I am trying to set up a ConnectALL Automation and I am running into a scenario where the data from Rally will not come into Clarity if Rally has children. For example I am trying to bring in Portfolio Item Initiative but if the Initiative has a Portfolio item Feature the Initiative will not come over to Clarity. If the Portfolio Item Initiative doesn't have children association the data will flow into Clarity as expected. I am new to using ConnectALL any help here is appreciated.
