I deleted a data source from netops portal because it status was unable to contact and when I tried to add it again the following massage appear data source test failed communication with the data source failed knowing that the ip and port number is correct what these problem refer to ?
I believe the answer is obvious: check for firewalls active between the 2 components. If initially the error was ‘unable to connect’, most probably the condition was before you removed the data source.
