Abstract:     Service-centric views of business service availability and performance are often the “dashboard” that senior executives want to see and an orientation they want their IT operations team to embrace. CA Service Operations Insight is the platform for achieving the transformation from domain-specific monitoring to service operations management; the current release is CA Service Operations Insight 4.0. In this session, Kiran Diwakar will share the vision and roadmap that CA has outlined for CA Service Operations Insight, along with specific plans for quality, scale and usability. He will also share the results of meeting with CA Service Operations Insight customers around the world, from 1:1s at CA World ’15 and a global roadtrip that incorporated visits with many customers.
