Please join us for our July Office Hours on Thursday July 23, 2020 at 11AM - 12PM ET to ask your Rally-related questions and to share your business challenges with us.

This 1-hour session is an open forum to drop in and join at your convenience to ask questions and discuss topics including:

- General help, brainstorming, and advice with using Rally
- Assistance in configuring your Rally subscription
- Particular business problems you believe Rally can help solve
- Technical questions, integration questions, process and people questions etc.

Please note that this session is intended for topics such as the ones listed above. While we enjoy receiving new feature requests, we encourage you to submit them as feedback or ideas via the in-app Feedback icon (icon is visible in the top right hand corner on Rally pages). This ensures your feedback goes into our formal intake process.

We will manage the sessions using the Rally Team Board, and it will enable us to visualize and keep focus on the questions during the Office Hours sessions. We will answer as many questions as we can in this 1-hour timebox, but if there are outstanding questions or topics that need further addressing, we will compile a full Q&A post that will be shared on the Rally Community discussion board within 1-week following the session.

Attendee Instructions: We are leveraging the Webex console for these sessions. The host will control the opening/muting of audio lines based on the questions you ask via chat, which means you must join the audio conference via Webex so your audio is properly associated with your name.
