Hi Shashank,
We had that issue as well. To simplify everything for the Automic support team and the users they support, we created a schedule for each day of the week (overall, as well as a few special schedules). This way, if anyone wants to know what runs on a certain day, they can just look at the schedule. It also helps out with maintenance as we can just turn off a schedule for a specific day without much effort. Since going to this model, it has freed up a tremendous amount of time answering questions concerning schedules.
As a side note, it was fairly easy to do this as I just exported the one schedule to xml. saved as each day and modified it as needed. When I imported them, all was right with the world. No issues.
Good luck.

Subject: Would it be possible to have an automated daily forecast to show us what should run each day?
Hello,
Would it be possible to have an automated daily forecast to show us what should run each day?
I have tried Auto forecast in V 12.3 by choosing Recalculate button manually. But it was taking too much time to process. And also it will show a bad impact on the system performance alert. Is it possible to get a daily forecast report in an efficient way? Or is there any other option we could use in AWI?
Thank you!
