I do expect the process memory to increase once started, but not indefinitely. I would expect the memory to stabilize after a few days a week the max.
From support perspective there is no known memory leak in bpvirtdb_srvr but starting 17.3 all .exe processes are 64bit - which is architectural change.

Hi Sebastian,
We have noticed that when the service desk service is started, the process starts with low memory consumption, but as time goes by, the memory consumption increases.
then we want to know why the memory consumption increases
RU: 17.2.12

Hi Andres,
As far as I know there is no need for bpvirtdb to increate it's memory more that it did in the past. Can you please provide more details on what release and RU level you are on?
Sebastian
