    We wanted to know what is the difference between latest version of CA Dseries Agent 12.1 SP1 and 12.1? And what are the bug fixes in the lastes version i.e. 12.1 SP1.

    Agents 12.1 SP1 is the recent release which is on  top of R12 and the new features, issues fixed list are mentioned here -

    Hi Nitin,

    What is the supported windows OS for CA 12.1, and can you please tell me what configuration needed in CA before we upgrade our Windows server 2012 R2 to Windows server 2019. And also, can you tell me what are the differences between 12.1 SP1 and 12.1? Is there any bug fix you have done in 12.1 SP1?

    Please tell me what configuration change we need to make before we upgrade Windows server 2012 R2 to newer version and also for CA 12.1 do we need to upgrade SQL server version also? And what version minimum required for CA 12.1?
