    Hi Supports,

    Based on this KB, the resolution stated to upgrade the Web Agent to 12.8 when this one will be available. Is it means that there is no solution at the moment for the issue reported in the KB? Because based on this KB the latest web agent available is 12.52SP1CR11

    Hi Atifah,

    Since this issue was found and addressed after the 12.52 SP1 CR11 release, there is no existing release that contains the new functionality.  Please open a case with Broadcom Support to request a patch for the release that you are running.
