Warning the user before the Session expires

The customer's question is to provide to the user a popup or a message when the session is going to expire.

i.e. if the session timeout is 2 hours, I want to warn the user after 1h and 55 min, reporting he has still 5 minutes to work before re-login.

do you have have idea how to implement it in Siteminder?

Server side or client side? 

On the server side, there is a default header which holds the remaining time of a session: HTTP_SM_TIMETOEXPIRE
