  • 1.  Vendor Notification Issue

    Hi Team,

    We have defined Vendor contacts in SDM, now the requirement is the notification should be send to that particular vendor only, further we don't want to make them part of any group as they will start receiving all the notification emails. is there any solution so that only relevant vendor will receive the notification of his assigned ticket.

    I assume that the vendor contact is the Assignee on the ticket. Your notification rules should specify sending the notification to the Assignee.

    Dear Lindsay, 

    Thanks for the reply, how can we do it? we want to assigned ticket to vendor ( who is not part of our organization) how can we do that ? if we add vendor in our group then all the non relevant ticket notifications sent to vendor and we don't want that.

    Why not make a separate group for the vendor?
