We are running 14.4 (CP1) standalone environment with Jasper Report server 6.3. We try upgrading to 7.1 report server thinking it's going to fix this issue. No changes, snapshots are still failing. Report snapshots were working fine, but we noticed two snapshots are failing for past few months.
User Profile Report Snapshot and Role Members Report Snapshot are failing with the same error in production. In Development environment same problem with User Profile Report Snapshot, but Role Members Report Snapshot is fine. I found in another post that one of the user or roles is causing this issue. In Development we had user with weird characters for username. I deleted the account with weird characters for username. User Profile Report Snapshot ran after that with no issues. Checked Production but couldn't find any usernames or roles with weird characters. What log do I check to find what user account or role is causing snapshots to fail? Maybe something else is the issue?
