Spectrum Configuration and Device Inventory Updates

Hi Team,

We have started using NetOps solution from Broadcom recently on our current project engagements and as we are configuring the Spectrum solution to monitor our Network environment we would some support on the below mentioned queries as we come across the streamlining the procedures:

1. We need to create custom tags for all the device inventory present in spectrum based on the asset information we have from Client.
2. We would like to find a way to get the stack devices showing up in All devices list under Navigator tab in Spectrum Console. This would help to fetch the correct inventory count using REST API configuration for Auto-ticketing
3. We are able to see some devices are appearing as duplicates with value as Device_Chassis……
   
   If Someone can help us understand the above queries that will be extremely helpful for us.
