Servicenow Integration error

Hi Community

Iam facing error while integrating Spectrum with Servicenow , I checked the NIM logs and it like :

Parse Soap Message: a soap fault was found within the soap response
WebserviceException thrown in Invoke With Retry: Exhausted all retries with exception message 'User Not Authenticated'

I think the message is self explanatory: the user is not authenticated. Validate user and passwords fields.
