Dear all,
We are trying to redirect links for automatically approving and rejecting Requests from Service Catalog to Service Point.
Links that we have in catalog are in format:
$server_url$?Node=icguinode.requestapproveconfirmmessage&Args=800|R|$request_id$|-1
This automatically sets requests to Approved status and we are trying to achieve this in Service Point also.
What I tried to do is by passing the link in next format to Service point:
http://{SP HostName}:{PortNumber}/casm.html#/bui/myTickets/$request_id$?reqType=ct OR
http://{SP HostName}:{PortNumber}/casm.html#/bui/myApprovals/$request_id$?reqType=ct
BUT the only thing that I got is that the request opens and then I have to choose to approve it or reject it. My question here is, is there any way to automatically pass the parameters and set ticket to status Approved or Rejected like we used to in Service Catalog.
The version of Service Point is 17.3.0.14.
