With the release of DX NetOps 22.2.2 release, the Spectrum users will now have the ability to report on the "Occurrences" attribute for alarms using the ad-hoc reports.
The "Occurrences" attribute provides the count of number of times a particular alarm has been raised before it was cleared. While this information is available in OneClick, it was lost when the alarm is cleared from the OneClick.
It was a constant ask from the customers to have the visibility into the "Occurrences" attribute for the historic reporting. With this data in reports, the management team can now take necessary actions to improvise the performance of the operations team based on the number of "Occurrences" it took to clear the alarm.
The below navigation can be adopted to generate an ad-hoc report with the newly introduced attribute – "Alarm OCCURRENCES"
