    The remote control is always blocked, how can we make sure that when an agent is installed the remote control is not blocked?

    Hi Diego,

    I hope you "Remote control status is Locked". This may be due to you might have a configuration policy defined to start the RCHOST as clocked. Please check if you have any policy that changed the following value from default value.

    dsm->Remote Control->Host->General->Start locked.

    First checkout the default configuration policy and if not changed, then pick one machine and see all applied policies to identify which policy is making this change.
