    Hi All

We recently did our os upgrade from windows 2016 to 2019.ButAfter this Our performance vse has been going down.On seeing the logs we were able to identify the 2 amq services .Once we start them they start consuming messages normally , however within 1 min the heap memory goes beyond the permissible limit and the vse goes down. Also we have other Amq services running and they seem to be working fine. Also we checked the test connection from workstation to the queues and it shows connected. But when the services actually start consuming we see the error.
And we tried with reverting the OS back to 2016 but still no luck.Could you please suggest ,if there is any setting or file or connector jars which needs tobe checkd?

    Thanks
    Akshit

Akshit, you said these are amq services, what type of AMQ specifically? Are they Redhat AMQ or is this ActiveMQ? What jars do you have in Hotdeploy? Also what are the settings in both the Performance VSE vmoptions file and the local.properties file related to performance. For the settings please refer to https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/devops/devtest-solutions/10-6/installing/installing-and-configuring-devtest-server/post-installation/sample-performance-benchmarks-for-ibm-mq-service-virtualization.html

    Hi @Karl Miller
There are the 2 active amq services which seem to be causing the issue. The jars which gets redeployed everytime after our server refresh are the below ones however they are placed in lib folder. Also we have around max 16gb memory  reserved for vse in service file.

I believe this is being tracked as part of other on-going thread:
