Hello Atifah,
PAMSC endpoints do not have a serial number to corsscheck.
When we generate the support.tar.Z file, by default this file has the hostname embedded, this can be modified as well.
Once you unzip the log files, in the hostinfo.txt you will have the OS, the hostname as well along with the Kernel version details.
Thanks,
Reatesh.

Subject: PAMSC - Checking serial number
Hi Reatesh,
I'm looking an option if the customer is opened a case with the correct account name based on their serial number. Did try go through the logs they have provided but couldn't find the serial number, hence I'm curious if this detail is included in the logs.
Thanks,
Atifah

Hello Atifah,
Can you share the complete context for this query?
As far I know PAMSC deployment does not have a serial number by it self.
You can refer to this part of the documentation
https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/symantec-security-software/identity-security/privileged-access-manager-server-control/14-1/implementing/install-unix-endpoint/before-you-begin-to-install-a-unix-endpoint/unix-installation-parameter-file-customize-unix-installation.html
in case you are looking out for the serial number refernce as mentioned in the documentation.
Thanks,
Reatesh.
