    Hi,

as we are testing our client installations of OWB, which is successfully running on Windows 10, we receive an error when starting the OWB on Windows 11 (with Schedule Connect and bundled JRE installed).

The error that appears, is as described in the Tech-article:
OWB: 'Cannot start or find the Java' due to JRE missing

Additionally there are both JREs (x86, x64) available on the system as separate installations (which is also the case with Windows 10).

Has anyone experienced similar issues and knows what is causing it?

How can one debug the issue (I assume it is caused by Schedule Connect)?

Another assumption is: it could be some permissions missing, though still I couldn't find any log file with this information.

    Cheers,

    Sebastian

    Hi Sebastian,

Make sure you are referencing the JRE path in the Windows Environment Variable JAVA_HOME.
