OKR Admin Message in Objectives-unable to create

Hi - I've enabled my account for OKR Admin.  I'm a subscription admin.  When I go to the Portfolio menu and go to Objectives, it gives me a message:  'To use this page, please work with your Rally Workspace administrator to configure Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for your workspace'.   
I'm wondering if I'm missing a step in my workspace configuration setup?    I'm not seeing much in the help about this from my initial searches.  Could use some input.

Hi Mark.

To start using OKRs you need to create/define your Objectives Hierarchy. This is explained in this page.
