View Custom Component attributes in Performance Center with DX NetOps 22.2.2

We took cognizance of all your feedbacks around not being able to create custom component views in context pages in Performance Center.

 

We made enhancements in the 22.2.2 release and have extended custom attributes to device components.  Now you have the capability to customize components in a similar manner as you have used for interfaces and devices.

 

 

 

In 22.2.2, we Added Device Component custom attribute capability to:

• Group rules, Sync, Odata, ETL
• IPSLA context page

-We also added ability to delete custom attribute definitions

-A Delete requires a full sync before the attribute is removed from the UI, and a second full sync to remove the column from mysql

-Group rules & subrules with deleted attributes will not run

-We will highlight Deleted attributes in the group UI

 

Here is how it works:

 

A quick look at the device components with the standard out of the box attributes

The first step is to add an Attribute Value

Then Perform a Synchronization
