Hi Markus,
Perhaps you could share a screen capture of the operator
Input Parameters.
I would specify the
Working Directory on a local drive and the
Source File Name as a UNC path. You should also include credentials in the
User ID and
Password.
Cheers, Lindsay

Translated: CMD doesn't support UNC Path for current Folders

Hi Markus,
do you have the possibility to use a UNC path?
For Example: \\\\\\\\<servername>\\\\CatalogFileStore\\\\tmp

Hi Markus,
did you test it with L:\\tmp?

Subject: Manage Files on mapped Drives
Hi,
I have a network drive mapped to the PAM Server. When I now want to read a file from this mapped drive I get the error "The system cannot find the drive. failed to switch to to directory L:\tmp"
I know that it doesn't work, when the PAM service is running under the lokal system account, so I switched it to a domain user with lokal admin rights, but still the same error.
Can anyone tell me how I have to configure PAM and the File-Operator to be able to manage files on mapped network drives.
Thanks and best regards,
Markus
