Login error - unexpected error

Hi All - While using the clarity Dev, somehow the login page appeared in the middle and I gave the credentials, from then it's throwing the below error 

If I click the "Here" link, it takes me to the login page and throws the same error again.

I found the below from Logs - what does the -99 says?

Which cloud you are on? GCP or AWS?

if on AWS, we also get this error for some users and it goes away by clearing Cognito profile in AWS, open ticket with Rego for this
