latest Siteminder Web Agent - is Article ID: 197327 correct?

Hi All,

Some time ago I downloaded SSO WEBAGENT R12.52 SP01 CR11 [#2820] and it looks like this is still the latest available Web Agent for Siteminder 12.8 as per Support Content Notification - Support Portal - Broadcom support portal

However this article Webagent 12.8 SP3 Download URL  states that the latest available is 12.52 SP02 CR10A - is that a typo? Is R12.52 SP01 CR11 still the latest and if so can someone please update that article to avoid confusion?

Hi Rod,

SSO WebAgent R12.52 SP01 CR11 is the latest webagent available, CR11 was released three months later then the article  " Webagent 12.8 SP3 Download URL " has been updated.

• 12.52 SP1 CR11 was released in 1st week of November 2020
• The article was updated on 16th Aug 2020:

Hi Sapthapathi,

Thanks for replying and confirming. I am glad that I have the latest which is R12.52 SP01 CR11 and I understand why that article referenced an earlier patch but I still see a typo in the article :-

"The latest webagent is 12.52 SP02 CR10A, which is fully compatible with 12.8.3 policy server."

(surely that should have read SP01 CR10A anyway?)

Should/can article 197327 be updated to:-

"The latest webagent is 12.52 SP01 CR11, which is fully compatible with 12.8.3 policy server." please?
Or maybe a new article confirming the latest version today?

If not, then no problem as you have answered my question.
