  • 1.  job get stuck in waiting status after reached the time dependencies settting.

    HI guys,

    I have an app that get stuck in waiting status even when reached the time dependencie (15 min) set in its configuration.

    Past week the operator has to change it manually to  ready status, then it works.
    But we thing the job will continue while reach the time dependencie set.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    It should automatically become ready once the time condition is met. If it is not moving forward automatically, can you please raise a support ticket as this needs to be investigated.

    HI, the ticket is 33446232.
    A week ago tk 33430152
    But still didn´t find out the solution for this issue.

    We are using CA Workload 11.3 sp3.
