OurJanuary Office Hours is scheduled for tomorrow at 11 AM EST. We had quite a few questions at the December session and we're looking forward to hearing any burning questions or top of mind concerns you and your teams may have!

As a reminder, the goal of these sessions is to give you the access to product experts in various segments of the product teams.

Office Hours format:

Overview:

• Office Hours session is not recorded
• Questions can be submitted one by one via the Q&A facility on Webex Events
• Once accepted, questions will be broadcasted to all attendees and then answered by the experts
• We cannot accept or answer all questions but we will attempt as many as possible in the hour

Dos: 

• General help, brainstorming, and advice with using NetOps & AppNeta
• Particular business problems you believe NetOps & AppNeta can help solve
• Technical & integration questions

Don'ts:

• Ask about your open support ticket(s)
• Discuss ongoing commercial activities including contracts, pricing, etc.
