Installation error on IM version 14.4

Hi Supports,

Below error prompted when customer trying to install IM version 14.4 on their new Oracle WebLogic server 12c R2.

Unable to deploy EJB: /data/oracle/app/fmw/Oracle_Home_12cR2/user_projects/domains/caidm/servers/WLS_CAIM_01_01/stage/iam_im/iam_im.ear/identityminder_ejb.jar from identityminder_ejb.jar:

[EJB:015025]Unable to load a class that is specified in your ejb-jar.xml: com.netegrity.ejb.workflow.callbacks.WorkFlowCallBackBean.

The version of JDK used is 1.8_251
Also, based on this techdocs, the installation should configure 2 JMS modules. However, in our situation it doesn't happen. Do we need to configure it manually?

Hi Atifah,

The single error is not sufficient to understand the cause of the error. I would raise a Support ticket and attach the complete installation log and startup log.
