I can't see the alarm policies with a user created locally on the OC

    Greetings,

    I am trying to create an ACL on the OC that only has permission to create and edit MCS profiles.

    I managed to see the profiles section successfully, but not the alarm policies.

    If I link my ACL to an LDAP group (without linking local accounts), I can see the policies but cannot assign specific groups to it (I can see all groups), but if I add local accounts, I cannot see them.

    Do you have any idea what might be going on?
