How to update custom field on Request with Email

Hi Team,

 

I have a custom field on the Request form. and I want to update that field via Email.
How can I do this?
can anyone please help me on this.

You first have to define your custom field in this file text_api.cfg which is located in site folder.
After that you can update it via email interface.

Hi Aleksandar,

I defined my custom fields in text_api.cfg and I am sending the email with the following body:
%SERVER_NAME_01=ServerName 
%SERVER_NAME_02=ServerName 
%SERVER_NAME_03=ServerName 

but it is not updating.
