How to remove Global Collection from the View

I gave a customized access to one of our departments. Their view just supposed to show the Global Collections of their network.  In order to do that we assigned a unique Security String to their GC and add them to "Global Collection Hierarchy". The following screenshot shows two extra GC in their view. How they can be removed?

I checked the "Global Collection Hierarchy" and it doesn't show "4-MTPD" and "JGB Data Center Water Leak" but it doesn't show up in their customized view.

I think that by default, there's no SecurityString attached to a newly created GC. Check if the ones that should not appear have a Security String set. If not, set it to ADMIN.
