How integrate the ITCA 14.5 CU3 Agent Patch in the agent package

Hi All,

customer uses the deploywrapper method in a script to install agent on new computers.

Now he asks how put the 14.5 CU3 Agent Patch (99111479) in the agent package.

I find in the agent package the folder TestFixes where in the Readme file it is explained that CA provides a method for patching the installation, by consulting the https://communities.ca.com/docs/DOC-231176636 CA provided a script to create folders and batch files to apply patches using ApplyPTF.  

As this url is no longer available, do you know how to add this patch in the agent package?

Just found this thread as looking to do the same with CA ITCM 14.5 agents to add CU5. Just to understand this doe the deplywrapper.exe from the 14.0 DVD or higher now automatically looks for the following?
