    How automatically update the "Resolution Method" field when a SDM ticket is auto closed.

    I think you could add a trigger to CL and write the trigger spel to set the resolution method
    or you can add an event/macro in the Close activity notification to set the resolution field. make sure you set the option to allow edit closed tickets.
