We are happy to share that we have released the below patches for 12.3 that will update log4j1.x to 2.x in Server and CLI and remove log4j1.x dependencies from SOAP WebServices and Desktop Client
Apart from this , the 12.3 Server patch has all the fixes from 12.3GA.
