  • 1.  Error when login to PAM client

    Hi Guys,

    We did encounter below error when trying to connect to PAM client. However, the issue resolved after we restart the PAM node. Does anyone have any idea the causes of this error?

    Hi Atifah,

    Make sure that the user has connection to the internet so that the CA PAM client can update.

    Also, make sure that the user stating the CA PAM client has read and write access to the location where the CA PAM client is installed.
