Error - Authentication Error. Access Denied.

    Hi Experts,

    User just configured SSO by initiated it from SP. After user been directed to login page and fill up the username and password, user will be direct to error page - Authentication Error. Access Denied.

    However, if user refresh the same browser, user able to login to the system without any issue.

    Appreciate any advise on this.
