    Hi,
    We have a setup with one oneclick server and two separate HA database servers.
    We authenticate users using LDAPS pointed at out AD domain controller.
    Currently if the DC is down or not responding the user credentials are cached which is great.
    Twice now we have seen the alarm:
    "LDAP SERVER CANNOT BE REACHED"

    I was wondering if/where the attempted connections to the LDAPS server are logged?

    Hi Dave,

    try enabling debug on SSORB Security SP module. You can do it from Administration > Debug > Web Server Debug Page (Runtime)

    This will enable some debug in tomcat/logs/catalina.out
