Dashbaord on CABI not show data on real live

Hi everyone.
I have a dashboard with a data source connect directly a server robot_db_oracle. This is working very good.
Now i have domains that consultant the data with this data source, exactly 4 querys.
With this domains, I created some ad hoc views.
With the ad hoc views i created a dashboard that i publish at operator console.

The problem i was see is that the dashboard updates only every hour even though i have a 5 minute refresh in the dahsboard properties.




What is happen here? any suggerence?
I checked the time zone of the datasource and I have it "Use database setting" and I also tried changing it to "Colombia Time", but it didn't work.

End 2019 I opened a ticket for a similar problem, but never received an answer:
"as this is a custom report it would not be considered supported (out the scope of tech support). Based on this I will set the case to solution provided."
note: I suppose that the timing is a not-documented time parameter

Yes, I understand that maybe support is trying to divert attention, but if we identify how we installed CABI, this app comes packaged on a probe called CABI, that is, it should be within the scope of Support.

What strategy did you use to solve this problem?

From that point I stopped experimenting with CABI dashboards and went into Standard Dashboards and where needed in Jaspersoft Studio reports (that can be imported into CABI and appear in OC - Reports)

When run manually, how long do each of these queries take to return the first row of data?

Also, have you tried other settings for the refresh interval such as 10 minutes, 15 minutes etc.?

What was the original case number?

This could very well be either a configuration issue, performance issue, or a bug.

Hi @Stephen Danseglio.

I see that this querys normally run very fast, right now i see the Ad Hoc Cache, where i see the query(fetch (msec)​ indicate that they are running very fast...

•

Age (min:sec) – Time since the dataset was first stored in the cache.

•

Query (msec) – Time in milliseconds from when query was sent to the data source (database) until the first row was received.

•

Fetch (msec) – Time in milliseconds from when first row was received from the data source (database) until the last row was received.

•

Memory used (MB) – Size in megabytes of the resulting dataset being stored in the cache entry.

I changed the refresh to 35 minutes but the behavior is the same...

@Stephen Danseglio I have these configuration, but CABI update data after 1 hour 30 minutes
On my original post the screen of dashlet property show you the refresh to 5 minutes, I changed this to 35 minutes, but not working...

Solution for version 6.3:
Edit C:\Jaspersoft\jasperreports-server-6.3.0\apache-tomcat\webapps\jasperserver-pro\WEB-INF\adhoc-ehcache.xml line 26:
timeToLiveSeconds="5400",
where "5400" is the default seconds for cached items (i.e. the data source content). Decrease this timeout value.
