    Hello,

    We are using the ca sdm 17.3. We have implemented the auto close of ticket from resolved state through event & macro.

    Now we want that how many tickets are auto closed and how many tickets are manually closed by users.

    Kindly suggest.

    The action macros are usually executed on behalf of the privileged user (NX_PARADIGMUSER in NX.env).
    Thus, you can count the activity logs of type 'CL' (Close), grouping by analyst
