Broadcom is hiring a Staff Technical Trainer for Clarity and Rally. This role will be focused on driving enablement and adoption of the ValueOps products (Rally and Clarity) through education. You will work to ensure that the partner ecosystem has the technical knowledge and skills needed to achieve their respective business goals during their engagement with ValueOps products. By demonstrating technical background and knowledge of the Partner's roles and how to enable them effectively, this role will provide support to the existing AOD Partner Program and collaborate closely with our Partner organization to successfully design and implement enablement programs for partners to progress in their tier and proficiency journey and to achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical enablement efforts to support our AOD Partner program
- Collaborate with our Education, Tech Enablement, and our Partner Organizations defining priorities and requirements to support the Partner's ecosystem
- Build collateral and technical enablement paths to support the Partner organizations
- Implement technical enablement curriculum and paths for Partner progression
- Contribute and assist in developing effective and sustainable training courseware and curriculum. These include lab exercises, training videos, and virtual lab images.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the creation of a variety of technical enablement content designed to educate and enable partners and customers.
- Deliver training for partners, customers, and enablers in the ecosystem.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
- Travel and teach across multiple timezones as and when needed
To be successful, you will come to this role with:
- A strong technical background and experience with enterprise software. Background in Clarity, Rally is an advantage
- Strong facilitation and communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Ability to learn new products and build technical knowledge quickly
- Ability to identify partners/customers' needs and concerns, be able to recommend solutions based upon these needs, and become a trusted resource to the audiences served.
- Proven ability to bring a quick resolution to challenging situations as well as build lasting relationships with internal and partner stakeholders
- Experience conducting classroom training for technology products and services
- A real-world, hands-on experience in implementing products (preferably Clarity and Rally) would be a great differentiator
