Automic Automation 10.0.4 version installation document

Hi Community,

We need to upgrade Automic Automation from 10.0.4 to 21.0. So I need to install and test it in Test environment for that I don't have installer document and not available on Techdocs as it was older version so if any one has the installation guide for Automic 10.0.4 please share..

The easiest and fastest way to upgrade from Automic Automation from 10.0.4 to 21.0, is to install v21, then move the objects from v10 to v21 using transport case.  You did not provide the OS or database information, but those will probably need to be upgraded also, being that Automic Automation v10 is compatible with a much older OS and database.

The OS version and database versions are as below

OS- SLES-12-SP5-x86_64

Database - Oracle 12

I have a question in order to upgrade Automic, Is it mandatory to configure TLS/SSL for all components in newer version?

TLS is mandatory for all v21 components with some exceptions
