Has any come across any documentation on how to build a custom solution kit similar to OTK? If yes, would appreciate if you could share the same.

Hi Muthu :

we have documentation talking about policy customizations and so on.
All OAuth Toolkit features are implemented using policies in the Policy Manager, making it possible to customize the entire OAuth process.

Thanks for your response.  Well, my question was on the documentation for building our own solution kit and not on customizing OTK.  Basically I built few tools that can help to manage/maintain APIGW, I would like to package the same as a solution kit similar to Oauth Solution Kit, I would like to understand the process for building a custom solution kit so it can be distributed to other environment as a Solution kit.

Appreciate if you can send across any documentation on building a custom solution kit.

Hi Muthu,

  I thought I had replied to this last week, but I guess I only imagined hitting the submit button :). Solution kits must be signed before the Gateway will accept them, and Broadcom has the only key that it will recognize, so this is not possible. I requested this capability years ago, but there has been no movement on it that I am aware. You will need to resort to writing configurable policy and exporting/importing as a bundle via Restman/GMU.
