Do you see this behavior in your environment:

Inside the operator console, the historical alarms' date changed to: 19:00 EST Wed 31 Dec 1969


No problem inside Infrastructure manager, the creation date of the closed alarms are showing the right date.

On my instance (20.4 CU2) the creation date looks to be correct.

That 1969 date looks like the default/null 1/1/1970 00:00:00.00 date/time adjusted into your time zone.
