Export a "dashboard.pdf" is generated empty

Hi Everyone, I see that from UIM 20.3 the functionality "Generate PDF" from dashboard, is't not working.
This option was removed from UIM?

This KB says it was fixed in 20.4 CU2. 
Dashboards create pdf by schedule or manual are empty

Hi @David Michel if i understand in CU2 is fixed, i have CU3 and the issue is the same...

The fix was specific to configurations using Linux 8.4 and above and 20.3.3. The resolution was to update to 20.4 and the apply CU2. If this fits your issue with 20.4 CU3, I recommend you open a support ticket.

Oh, I get you. There is an issue currently if you have blocked the use of http port on the OC server or, in some cases with https. I would open a ticket so we can track it.

I will open a case, because i have 2 enviroment UIM, one in redhat with oracle db and other in windows with mssql db and i see the same...
