  • 1.  17.3.0.18 error catalog

    Dear community, I have the following problem, the sdm and service catalog upgrade has been made, but after applying the patch it has stopped being able to log in to the service catalog

    Good morning Jose,
    I've not updated to RU18, but in the past I had to save and compare configurationfiles.
    If you have the chance to compare  D:/CA/CASC/ServiceCatalog/view/conf/config.properties with the pre RU18-Version you should do.

    To restart EEM-services sometimes help.

    If you get no more elp I think you should create a CASE for it.

    Hi Jose,

    Try to login into EEM with "spadmin" user (or any other Catalog user)  by selecting "Service Catalog" application name. If you are not able to login, recycle EEM services and retry.

    Also please check if you are using the same version of TLS in both Catalog and EEM.

    1. Go to  the file C:\Program Files\CA\SC\iTechnology\igateway.conf (Path might vary based on EEM installation directory)
    2. In the <secureProtocol> section of the connector, add the following tag:

               <secureProtocol>TLSV1_2</secureProtocol>

          3. Restart CA EEM services. 



    If the problem persists, please raise a support case for further assistance.

    Thank you very much, I'm working this issue with Jose Romero. Your recommendations help us a lot and I can now register on the Catalog website but I am unable to deploy the Service Catalog application in CA EEM.

    These are the errors in the view.log:

    Note: A case 33288238 was opened earlier and we were asked to run this procedure to unregister the CA SC application in CA EEM. But now I cant register again the application
