great content Caitlin_Lam. This is a great way for users like me to get all the info necessary to upgrading to v10.x. Now, if we can  just get this post easily available to all those customers who DO NOT access community page at all or scarcely, then that would do it.


Also, I think this post should be put on either the left or right side of the APM Community page as static content so anyone who logs on to the community will always see it up front. Just my two cents.
