Great diagram James. Definitely reflects Enterprise DevOps with CA products well. The nice thing with ALC is that any other products can be put into those boxes as well (examples include Subversion, GIT, TFS in the Harvest box; HP ALM in the test box; VersionOne, JIRA in the Scrum box; ServiceNow, Remedy, HP Service Manager in the Change Management Box, etc.).
