"When I try to modify the Default Propagation policy, I am continuously getting an error that the Service Modeler window is open in my server.
The following modeler/editor windows are open
samuser_at_<hostname>
The dialog will open read-only mode
I have closed all the windows, logged off from the 'client' in Administration tab and also logged off from my client network. There are no service modelers
window open and i do not see any in task manager too.
No locks are listed in the UI or Manager web server debug pages when selecting "Model Locks" "
Recycling the UI server does not resolve the problem.
When setting the "Model Locks" debug option to "ON" in the
Manager debug page, locks are listed in the soimgr-debug.log.

SOI services on the UI and Manager machines need to be recycled to resolve this problem
Stop all SOI services on the UI server first
Stop all SOI services on the Manager
Start SOI services on the Manager
Start SOI services on the UI server.
