Problem:

Import and export connector to Identity MAnager is configured and working.

Role change requests are exported to Identity Manager.

Campaign results are not exported to Identity Manager.

Steps to reproduce:

Perform a request for a provisioning role change. Wait for continuous export (or perform manual export).

Changes are exported to Identity Manager.

Run a campaign and reject a link to a provisioning role for a user.

Finish campaign and wait for continuous update (or run export manually).

Expected result: User is removed from provisioning role in Identity Manager

Actual result: User is still a member of the provisioning role.

Environment:

Applies to all 12.6.x installations.

Cause:

A setting is overlooked in the campaign template.

In the portal, select Compliance Manager and then Certification template.

Select the universe and the relevant template used.

Edit the template and on the Properties tab make sure to check the "Enable model change notifications for export" checkbox.

Save the template and run a new campaign.
