Hello Performance Management Community Members. Not only did we move some products outside the Infrastructure Management community into its own space, we refreshed the community with a new design. It might sort of feel like a double-whammy but I have faith that all of you will handle the changes like a champ! It will just take some getting used to. Watch this 2 minute Video to learn more about the design changes. This community is not the first community to get this new design. A few others have already launched and been running on this design for some time now (the PPM and APM communities to name a few).
The Performance Management community covers three (3) products:
What you will notice right away is that we have more tabs at the top which are called pages. The addition of more pages will allow us to better organize content in the community and in return you will hopefully find what you need much faster! You will also notice the Activity feed is missing from the main Overview page - well, it's not really missing, it has just been re-located!
Here is a better explanation of each of the pages and what you can do and find on each of them:
This is the main landing page and is designed for new visitors. It is also great for a quick snapshot on things that are 'new' (new ideas, new events, featured videos).
No change to this page other than it is now a few tabs to the right of the Overview Page. You can still organize and search for content by product, content type (blog, document, idea) or by tag.
This page represents all the people following this community.
The Events page is a dedicated page to showcase all past, current and upcoming events with links so you can get registered super fast!
Our power users often choose to skip many of these pages and may still want to use their custom streams which is fine! Want to learn more about how to set up custom activity streams? Read this: Creating Custom Streams or watch this video: How to Create a Custom Stream
Here's more reading: News and Streams. Then, this doc will walk you through the process of adding a tag to a custom stream: Following a Tag.
